Remember that “pedestrian safety,” and safe sidewalks are our shared and collective responsibility!
So, if you haven’t yet done so, please download, onto your smartphone, the Downtown Denver Clean & Safe app that has been made available by the Denver Downtown Business Improvement District (“BID”).
And then, make use of the app as you walk to and from Whole Foods, King Soopers, or to your favorite restaurant in LoDo.
The app allows you to document, photographically, any unsafe situation on any sidewalk or at or in any public space and send such time-stamped data to the Denver BID — and then it will respond.
Be safe out there, and be responsible — and compassionate.”

For twenty years I have attempted to get the owners or the the city to address the unsafe conditions/ urban blight effect at the NWWewaT corner of 15th and Weatta. I will try the app
Whether it is the guys in purple coming to clean up an area or the Allied Security people responding to a specific person, I have found the Clean And Safe App to be effective in rapidly summoning help. My compliments go to the Downtown Denver Partnership for creating the app. More importantly, I applaud them for their unwavering attention to rapid and effective response.
I have submitted pictures of up to 8 scooters parked in front of our building and received the response that it’s not an issue. As have some of my neighbors. so what is the point of the app?
