Women’s Series March Mixer-MIXOLOGY

The women who live, work & play in LoDo are kicking off their 2011 theme “LoDo Living” with a March Mixer celebrating the art and science of cocktails…MIXOLOGY!

WeeBoT at the newly opened ChoLon Modern Asian Bistro, 1555 Blake Street, 303.353.5223. LoDoNA is pleased to have this month’s WeeBoT hosted by LoDo’s newest establishment that showcases Chef Lon Symensma’s passion for Asian ingredients and French cooking techniques in a striking, eco-friendly space.  Chef Lon came to Denver as the executive Chef from Buddakan in New York.

ChoLon will be offering a sampling of small bites in the lounge – Curry duck spring rolls, Pork Satay, etc. You can check out the small bites menu on www.cholon.com. For drinks we will do $ 3 drafts – we have Mama’s Lil Yella Pills from Oskar Blues and Isolation Ale from Odells on tap, $ 5 Cosmos, Lemondrops and Svedka martinis.
